FAQ

Just like food, gas, water supply, or electricity, your internet service provider is part and parcel of your daily routine. And, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the services, you may switch your subscription, and it is pretty much easy to do that.

For example, let us say you are not happy with the downloading speed, or the cost of packages is higher and doesn’t fit in your budget, or maybe some other ISP is providing you more add-on features than your current one? It can be anything!

The first and foremost thing is to figure out what are your internet needs and which provider is best to fulfill those needs. Secondly, find out if there is any cancellation cost and then seek out other good internet providers in your current locality. Also, make sure that you are switching at the right time because some ISPs only allow you to change either at the month’s end or the end of the agreement.

Once everything is settled, call your current ISP and request a switch.
